Con-GRADUATION...

The FAM has just received word from member, Charles Watson that his son C.J Watson completed all of his collegiate course work this summer and will be awarded a degree in psychology. C.J plans to walk with other University of Tennessee students at next years graduation ceremony.
The Fathers and Men of Professional Basketball Players
would like to say...

Con-Graduation!
(congratulations on your graduation)

It is evident that many young professional basketball players leave college early
to capitalize on their physical abilities. But, our organization supports and encourages
young people to develop their mental capabilities to compete in the game of life.

C.J felt his parents expectations on the subject of education and promised his mother and grandmother that he would complete his final 12 hours of course work. With the assistance of the NBA Players Association and the flexible course scheduling offered at the University of Phoenix, he was able to complete his requirements during the NBA lockout.

As an undrafted NBA player, C.J. understands that with an education, he is a lot less likely to be locked out of future opportunities.
